What is a Holistic Nutrition Practitioner?

A certified holistic nutrition practitioner helps clients achieve their personalized full spectrum of health through diving deep into health history, lifestyle, sleep, food, movement, & more. With an integrative approach through whole unprocessed foods, science backed-information, lifestyle changes, and self-care, healing begins.

How long will we work together to heal?

Every person has individual health histories, concerns, & goals. Lily works with every client at a personalized rate in order to achieve efficient healing. She knows that you really want en exact answer to this question, but there’s no magic & immediate pill. The six month session subscription runs for six consecutive months with the option for extension. The two session package can be used within a client’s needs.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Life is busy, sometimes we forget nor just need a bit more time. If you’re running late or need to cancel your appointment, simply email Lily & another time slot will be arranged! No extra fees, no apologies necessary, Lily is flexible. Just a heads up, because of appointment timing Lily waits for 10 minutes after the scheduled session time to see if you’re a no-show, as she can’t move the next client’s appointment.

What if I sign up for the 6-month subscription & cannot complete it?

If you’re looking to work with Lily one-on-one & you’re worried about committing to the full six month subscription together, Lily recommends signing up for the two-session package. From there Lily can work with you to add more sessions on if desired. The six month subscription is a purposeful commitment for long lasting change with a fee for cancellation. Lily is a one-woman business & appreciates your understanding. This cancellation fee has been put in place with experience working with one-on-one clients, the need for flexibility, & allows for a mutually respectful transition if cancellation is needed.
